Sunday menu

Paprikasavarina with salad bouqet and baked celery strips

Warm starter:
Austrian pancakes with spinach stuffed with gorgonzolla sauce

Soup:
Cream of potato soup with sesame oil and bread croutons

Main course:
Pink fried veal medallions
on tarragon jus with vegetables and mushroom potatoes

Dessert:
Lemon passionfruit sorbet with pastry biscuits
